How the repair works.
Book the service
Pick your board and request the repair. You'll get the shipping address and an order number by email.
Send in the board
Remove the power board and pack it safely (bubble wrap, sturdy box). Include the order number and ship it to us; outbound shipping is at your cost.
Repair & test
Electrolytic capacitors, MOSFETs and fuses are checked and replaced where needed, usually the same or next working day.
Return shipping
Return shipping within Germany is free, with an invoice (19% VAT itemised) and a 12-month warranty on the repair.
Which boards do we repair?
LG OLED power boards only
Exclusively power boards from LG OLED TVs (EAY series, e.g. EAY65689423, EAY65170411 and equivalents). We don't accept mainboards, T-Con boards or other manufacturers — that specialisation is why our success rate is so high.

How do I remove my board correctly?
Disconnect power
Switch the TV off, unplug it and wait at least 2 hours — the capacitors hold their charge for a long time.
Remove the back panel
Lay the TV face down on a soft surface and undo the screws of the back panel.
Find the power board
Usually the board the mains cable connects to. To be safe, check the number, here's how to read it.
Release connectors & screws
Take a photo first. Carefully release all connectors, undo the screws and take the board out.
No soldering needed — everything is plugged and screwed. Don't handle the board while the TV is connected to mains. Unsure about the removal? Better to call in a local technician, or write to us.

What happens if my board can't be repaired?+
Then we don't charge the fixed price — only return shipping applies (€5.90). Alternatively we dispose of the board free of charge, or credit the return shipping against a replacement board from our range.
How do I know my board is an LG OLED power supply?+
The part number is on the white label of the board and usually starts with EAY (e.g. EAY65170411). If in doubt, send us a photo and we'll confirm before booking whether we accept the board.
How do I pack the board correctly?+
Wrap the board in bubble wrap (ideally antistatic), place it in a sturdy padded box and include the order number. Don't send loose screws or cables.
How long does the repair take?+
Usually repaired the same or next working day, plus return shipping. You get an email on arrival, after the repair and with the tracking number.
