Return of Electrical Equipment
Electrical equipment does not belong in household waste – here's how to return it to us free of charge.
Why this matters
Waste electrical and electronic equipment contains valuable materials, but sometimes also pollutants. Under the German Electrical and Electronic Equipment Act (ElektroG), it must not be disposed of with household waste and instead requires separate collection.
Returning items to AmparioWeb
As a distributor, we take back old devices free of charge as part of our statutory take-back obligation – regardless of whether you buy a new device from us. Simply send us the old device or the defective board via our Contact, and we will send you the return address.
What we do with it
We refurbish repairable boards and put them back into circulation as spare parts. Components that can no longer be repaired are properly disassembled and recycled through certified partners. More on this under Repair & Sustainability.
Other ways to return your device
Alternatively, you can return old devices free of charge at municipal collection points or larger electronics retailers. Your local city or municipal administration can tell you about collection points near you.
