Start the buy-back
Give us the part number (LG P/N, e.g. EAY65689423) and pick a shipping option. No back-and-forth on offers — the price is fixed.
Get the label
With our shipping option you get the DHL drop-off label by email. Or you pay postage yourself, which gets you the higher price.
Send the board in
Pack the board safely (bubble wrap, sturdy box), attach the label and drop it off. Done.
Get paid
Once your board arrives and is checked, we pay out via PayPal or bank transfer, usually the same working day.

How much do I get for my board?+
Always the same flat price: €35.00 purchase price plus a €7.69 shipping flat rate (€42.69) if you pay postage yourself, or €35.00 if we provide the DHL drop-off label. Payout via PayPal or bank transfer.
My board is completely dead. Do you still buy it?+
Yes, in most cases. As long as the board is complete and mechanically intact, we can usually repair it.
How do I get the shipping label?+
Choose the “shipping label from us” option; the DHL label arrives by email after confirmation. Print it, attach it, drop it off.
What if the condition doesn't match?+
If the board is incomplete or badly damaged we contact you before payout. On request we send it back free of charge.
