Description of the Service

AmparioWeb operates an online shop at amparioweb.com for LG OLED TV spare parts: power boards and mainboards. The shop includes a catalogue with part-number search, product pages, a cart and an ordering process, plus repair, buy-back and part-number help services, a blog and support.

Implemented Measures

• Semantic HTML (correct heading hierarchy, landmarks, ARIA labels)
• Sufficient color contrasts (at least 4.5:1 according to WCAG 2.1 AA)
• Full keyboard navigation for all interactive elements
• Alternative texts on all informative images
• Visible focus indicators for keyboard navigation
• Responsive design for all screen sizes (320px to 1920px+)
• Clear error messages with instructions in forms
• No color-only information distinctions

Known Limitations

• Payment (Stripe) and sign-in via an external service do not take place on amparioweb.com — we redirect you to those providers' own pages. Their accessibility is the responsibility of the respective provider.

Micro-Enterprise Exemption

AmparioWeb currently falls under the micro-enterprise exemption according to § 3 para. 3 BFSG (fewer than 10 employees, annual turnover below EUR 2 million). Nevertheless, we voluntarily implement the measures listed above and continuously improve accessibility.
