How long does delivery take?

Can I change or cancel my order?

As long as your order hasn’t shipped yet, you can cancel it through your customer account. After shipping, the 14-day right of withdrawal applies. Contact us via the contact form for any changes.

What does “repaired, tested” mean?

The part was repaired by us, function-tested under load and cleared for installation. You get a 12-month warranty and an invoice.

How does the fixed-price repair work?

Book the service, send the board in safely packed, we repair it at the fixed price and send it back. If a board can't be repaired, you only pay the return shipping.

Do I get an invoice?

Yes. We sell commercially and every order comes with an invoice. Parts under margin taxation §25a UStG (VAT included, not separately itemisable), repairs with 19% VAT itemised.

What does the repair cost, and what if my board cannot be repaired?

The repair is a fixed €74.99 for all boards, plus inbound shipping; return shipping within Germany is included. If a board cannot be repaired, you only pay the return shipping.

How does the exchange for a refurbished board work?

Accepted Answer

You receive a tested board straight away for €89.00 and send your faulty one back within 14 days. Without a return, we invoice the difference to the board's purchase price.

What do you pay for my faulty board?

A flat €35.00 if we send you the shipping label, or €42.69 if you pay for postage yourself. Payment follows once the board has arrived and been inspected.

How can I return the product?

You have 14 days from receipt of the goods to withdraw without giving reasons. Simply send us an email or use the withdrawal form in your customer account. We’ll send you a return label.

Is there a warranty?

We give a 12-month warranty on refurbished parts and on every repair. If a fault occurs within that time, we repair or replace the part.
