That's exactly where we come in: instead of consuming resources for a completely new device, we restore the one faulty part – faster, cheaper and significantly more climate-friendly.

Repairability
Our products are designed to be inspected, serviced or repaired when needed. We avoid glued assemblies, unnecessary proprietary solutions and short-lived components.
Repairs are not carried out by the customer but coordinated through our support team. This ensures that all work is done professionally and safely.
Spare Parts & Service
We stock spare parts for relevant components or can provide them at short notice. The goal is to extend the lifespan of our products well beyond the statutory warranty.

What happens to parts that can't be repaired
Not every board can be saved. For the rest: proper disposal instead of producing electronic waste.
If a board can no longer be repaired, we dispose of it properly under the German Electrical and Electronic Equipment Act (WEEE). Materials such as metals and plastics are separated and sent for recycling.
As a registered distributor, we take back old devices as part of our statutory take-back obligation. Details can be found in our Product Information.
