How do I find the right board?
By the number printed on your board — or by your TV model, if you don't want to or can't open the set.
- Read the number: LG P/N: EAY… or the EAX number on the board
- Type it into the search — with or without hyphens, both work
- Compare the number on the product page with yours; if in doubt, ask us
The TV won't start after installation — what can I check?
- Are all connectors fully seated and in the correct socket?
- Is the ribbon cable to the panel undamaged and properly latched?
- Disconnect the TV from mains for two minutes so the protection circuit resets
Where do I find the part number?
On the board itself, printed in white along the edge: LG P/N: EAY… Next to it there is usually an EAX number for the circuit board. Both work in the search.
