# Repair LG OLED power supply

## How the repair works.
1. Book the service: Pick your board and request the repair. You'll get the shipping address and an order number by email.
2. Send in the board: Remove the power board and pack it safely (bubble wrap, sturdy box). Include the order number and ship it to us; outbound shipping is at your cost.
3. Repair & test: Electrolytic capacitors, MOSFETs and fuses are checked and replaced where needed, usually the same or next working day.
4. Return shipping: Return shipping within Germany is free, with an invoice (19% VAT itemised) and a 12-month warranty on the repair.
